• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment
• Contact info@cybersafeacademy.ca to request a refund
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• After 14 days, all sales are final

• Income, earnings, or financial results
• Career advancement or professional certification

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, CyberSafe Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
